Hi

In order to be carbon neutral and contribute to helping the environment I am about to have solar panels installed on my roof.  It is a large system (9.6kw including 32 panels and four 2500kw inverters at a huge cost).  I am signing a contract today or tomorrow and they will be installed in a matter of days.

I suddenly reaised that the panels and especially the inverters may pose a health risk to me and my children because of electro magnetic radiation fields.  Now I am wondering if I should cancel the whole project.  I have been trying to research this issue on the internet but have not found any useful information as to how much EMF are put out by such a system and if it poses a risk.

If Vicky Warren or anyone else has any information PLEASE reply ASAP.  It would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Anne

Hello,

Since you already made all these arrangements, I would not worry about it too much, just make sure to have some orgonite in/around your house and that will solve the problem. Orgonite is a compound of metal particles suspended in resin, with a quartz crystal inside, and it will turn negative energies (including EMF, wireless and other unnatural radiations) into positive energy/life force. Having some around your house will definitely make for a better atmosphere. You don't need anything fancy, just get a few TBs (=tower busters), and distribute them in/around your house.

Below is a practical site about orgonite with no BS, you can also find instructions on how to make TBs yourself, it is easy and economical. Good luck.

I have a solar system with 16 batteries and two inverters and solar panels.  I have turned off the inverters to reduce the "dirty electricity" in the house.  I have read that it is advised to put this equipment in an out side building not oin one's house.  Also, the is the idea of using a DC system without inverters.  I am interested in a low EMF solar system too.

The reply from GeorgiaWP is correct -- it is the inverters that are the problem.  If possible you want those in an outside building, if not, just turn them off at night.  They not only create dirty electricity but they also create radio frequency and magnetic fields.

Hi

Thanks everyone.  I decided to locate the inverters at the end of the house where we don't go during the day, ie the bedrooms, so that they are as far away as possible from us when they are operating.  They are on the outside brick wall of the house.  They also are cased in metal boxes which hopefully provide some shielding.  When the sun goes down and the panels aren't sending any power to them they automatically shut down.  Hopefully that will all be good enough.

Hello Anne,

From my experience with a solat system, I believe that you will regret this decision unless you fugure out how to eliminate the dirty electricity and other radiation.  Your health is more important than a solar system.  If it's good to turn it off at night, it's good to turn it off in the day.  That is what I have had to do to lessen my symptoms of Hyper-Electrosensitivity - meaning to improve my short-term memory and ability to sleep.  Stetzer filters will not help with a solar system, but when the system is off the filters will work.

I'd like to know if you solve this challenge.

But you can just solve this whole problem with placing some orgonite around, and then you won't have to break your head on where to place the inverters and turning it off and on.

Here are some excellent instructions on how to make TBs, it is the simplest and most popular form of orgonite and can be used for a wide range of purposes.

Hello all;

I am late in reading this in Australia. There are a lot of fancy words thrown around like dirty EMF, what nonsence. EMF means - electro magnetic force. It is a magnetic field set up by the electron flow in an conductor. The higher the voltage and current in the conductor, the stronger this magnetic field. It is the very basic principle upon which magnetic coupling and the action of transformation in electrical engineering are based. Living creatures and plants are sensitive to it to varying degrees.

Solar panels generate at about 12 to 30 volts DC (direct current)and I doubt whether the set up EMF  affects people in its vicinity. The converter  however which step-up this voltage and converts it to match the supply network of 220/240 Volts AC (alternating current) is another story. Its magnetic field parameters could be tested with an MAGNETIC COMPASS. Copper sheeting and mesh is used extensively and effectively to cut and limit magnetic fields. These screen are then connected to earth. If requested I am glad to explain in more detail.

Hello,

This is in regards to the solar panel topic.  I do not know anything about electro-magnetic concepts or principles. All I know is that I have EHS and I am about to move from one tenuous situation to the next.  Where I am going is a two-family house directly next to a telephone poll with a light on it and some sort of solar panel right below the lamp.  What ever radiation is coming from it feels as intense to me as being near a cell phone tower.  Plus, I'm sure that all of the nearby radiations in the vicinity aren't helping my situation.

My new roommate and I went to the local police dept. around the corner and there were an array of these light poles with the solar panels and I thought I was going to come out of my skin.  It was like the original burning when I first starting feeling cell towers.  What do you think is causing this extremely oppressive condition?  I doubt that I'll be able to focus or concentrate over there either.  I hope it's better at night.  Can anyone recommend anything?  Do you think that faraday caging inside might help?

Hi again,

I just got to work on my latest perplexity.  Why do the newly installed solar panels on top of electric and light poles seem to make me so sick?  Well, let me say this...my google investigation turned up very lucrative.  Here it is folks.  The state in which I reside (NJ- already polluted to the hilt) recently (as in this year) got a contract with a solar company (Pevel- or something, I'm not sure) to install 200,000 of these PV panels on poles throughout the entire state.  So as to why I go to towns that 2 years ago were not nearly as amped as they are now and get FRIED, this could be one of the answers.

Now check this out my electrically sensitive familia, AT&T is contracted also to communicate wirelessly throughout this solar network.  BINGO! You can always count on Ma Bell to jack it up to the max!  Within the next few days, I will relocate the exact article and provide a link to you because, let's face it, if cell masts and WIFI and other bombardments were not catastrophic enough for us, does this not try to seal the coffin?  Oh, by the way NJ today-- coming to a town near you tomorrow- AGHAST!!!

I'm going to try to post the majority of the CNET article about NJ's new solar array.  It was an article from CNET July 21, 2010 in the Green Tech section:  Enjoy!

AT&T announced Wednesday it's signed an agreement to allow Petra Solar solar panels in New Jersey to communicate with the utility Public Service Electric and Gas (PSE&G) over its wireless network.

In July 2009 the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities approved a $200 million contract between PSE&G and Petra Solar in which the solar company agreed to install over 200,000 photovoltaic panels on existing utility poles throughout New Jersey to tie in to the state's electrical grid.

The solar panels, which are currently being installed throughout six cities and over 300 towns in New Jersey, each individually generate electricity and send that electricity directly to the grid via the voltage lines attached to its respective pole.

The AT&T agreement will allow the solar panels, which have their own smart-grid communication tools built in, to communicate with PSE&G's smart grid via the AT&T wireless network. The solar panels will even have their own pricing plan as part of the company's machine to machine (M2M) service plan.

"This creates a highly efficient distributed solar generation system that also provides smart grid capabilities to our customers through real-time communications between the systems in the field and the utility control center. In addition, our systems enhance electric distribution grid reliability and help stabilize the grid during periods of increased load," Petra CEO Shihab Kuran said in a statement.

Solar cells/panels are DC - which is the natural form of EMFs - not AC, which is the artificial and therefore potentially dangerous form of EMFs.

Our 60-cycle AC power grid is a 6th harmonic of the 10-Hertz/cycle brain wave and by its constant oscillation from positive to negative sets up a harmful standing wave in the body's EM system. This creates vibration at the cellular level and results in the distortion or destruction of protein and other receptors in the cell. The vibration can cause them to break - like repeatedly bending a coat hanger - or become distorted so proteins and other vital molecules can no longer bind to the cells as needed.

The vibration is also the main suspected cause of cancer. Witness the cancer pockets near high-voltage power lines and the fact that cancer is now considered a "normal" childhood disease.

Go to www.the-phoenix-project.org for more information (site still under construction) or Google "cymatics" or "resonance" or "chladni plate" or "entrainment". You'll start to get the idea.

Why do troops break step when crossing a bridge?

What destroyed the Tacoma, Washington state bridge in the 1940s?

What causes the loud screech of feedback in a PA system?

Vibration - frequency - feedback.

Hi Anne,

I just read your case. Even though you have already installed, don't worry about it, by the mid year od 2011 we will have a new transformer that specially designed just for the Solar panels. For the time being you can use the house transformer made by memon®. this technology is created with one simple thing in minde, harmonize and back to nature. Thank's its Ipict® (Information Polarization interference Chip Technology).

You can learn more from the History, technology, principle, solution by visiting www.totalharmonywithnature.com

I hope this will help you. Don't regret about your decision, you are now have a solution.

Thank you

I have reservations about gadgets that can protect one from radiation.  Please give the sources for independent studies proving the effectiveness of these devices.
